Rapid Elimination of Activated T Cells and Resolution of GvHD

Interim results from the ongoing Phase I “CASPALLO” trial support the following preliminary conclusions:

  • Allodepleted CaspaCIDe™ DLI T cells can persist and expand in vivo
  • Treatment with a single dose of AP1903 rapidly ablates more than 90% of alloreactive CaspaCIDe™ T cells, with resolution of acute GvHD
  • Residual CaspaCIDe™ T cells may re-expand and retain anti-viral (and anti-fungal) reactivity
  • Residual CaspaCIDe™ T cells retain AP1903 sensitivity long-term
