Responding to the Patient

The CaspaCIDe™ donor lymphocyte infusion is typically administered after the HSCT. Expansion of the transplanted cells is monitored using flow cytometry (which can track the CaspaCIDe™ T cells' unique CD3+CD19+ signature in blood samples), and if the cells do not expand then a repeat infusion is performed.

Unlike DeCIDe™ vaccines, CaspaCIDe™ DLI is not necessarily administered in combination with AP1903. Depending on the clinical setting, AP1903 may be administered at a predetermined interval after infusion of the DLI, or following the emergence of GvHD, or if no GvHD develops, never.
