Depth & BreadthWe have two programs in clinical development: an autologous DeCIDe™ vaccine (BPX-101) nearing completion of a Phase I/II trial in men with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer; and through a collaboration with the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine, a CaspaCIDe™ safety switch for donor lymphocyte infusions (CaspaCIDe™ DLI), used following an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). Both programs were enabled by a Phase I single agent trial of the CID Master Key, AP1903, in healthy volunteers. Further clinical development of AP1903 as a single agent is not anticipated.
