Building a Robust Pipeline

We are developing follow-on products to BPX-101 and CaspaCIDe™ DLI, deploying DeCIDe™ in an off the shelf format to treat cancer and infectious disease, and applying CaspaCIDe™ to the emerging area of stem cell therapy, where an effective kill switch could mitigate concerns about safety, which are a significant barrier to adoption. CaspaCIDe™ has already been shown to work effectively in mesenchymal stem cells in preclinical models.
